Qualified researchers age 21+ based in the United States. Universities, biotech companies, contract research organizations, and independent laboratory researchers. We do not sell to individuals seeking compounds for personal use.
Do I need an institutional account?
No — but we do verify that orders are consistent with bona fide research activity. Independent researchers can purchase; we may ask clarifying questions for orders that appear inconsistent with research use.
Do you ship internationally?
No. United States addresses only. We do not ship to APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, or US territories at this time.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm CT typically ship same business day. USPS Priority delivery is 2–3 business days within the continental US.

What purity do you guarantee?
≥99% by HPLC on tested lots. Each shipment includes the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis showing the actual measured purity.
How should I store the vials?
Lyophilized compounds: refrigerator (2–8°C) for working stock, freezer (−20°C) for long-term storage. Once reconstituted, follow standard peptide handling protocols for your assay. Specific storage notes are on each product page.
Do you provide reconstitution guidance?
General laboratory reconstitution information is on each product page (typical solvent, typical concentration ranges used in published literature). We do not provide dosing or administration guidance.
Compliance
Are these products FDA approved?
No. These are research compounds sold under the Research Use Only framework. They are not drugs and have not been evaluated by the FDA for human use.
Can I use these in clinical research?
RUO materials are not appropriate for IND-enabling studies or clinical trial use. For clinical-grade material, work with a GMP-certified manufacturer.
