Domestic shipping
PeptidePharm ships exclusively within the United States via USPS Priority Mail. Standard delivery is 2–3 business days from dispatch.

Address restrictions
We ship to physical US addresses only. We do not ship to:
- International addresses
- APO / FPO / military addresses
- Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, or other US territories
- PO Boxes (cold packs require carrier signature pickup)
Returns
Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of lyophilized compounds and the chain-of-custody requirements for research reagents:
- Unopened vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund minus shipping. Original cold packaging must be intact.
- Opened vials cannot be returned. Compound integrity cannot be verified after seal break.
- Damaged shipments — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace at no charge.
- Wrong item received — we cover the return shipping and ship the correct item at no charge.
Lost or delayed shipments
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us and we will file a USPS trace. Lost shipments are replaced after USPS confirms loss (typically 7–10 days from claim).
