Who can purchase from PeptidePharm?
Qualified researchers age 21+ based in the United States. Academic labs, biotech companies, contract research organizations, and independent laboratory researchers. We do not sell to individuals seeking compounds for personal use.
Do you ship internationally?
No. United States addresses only. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, or other US territories.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 6PM CT typically ship the same business day. Standard delivery is 2–3 business days within the continental US. Tracking is emailed when your shipment dispatches.
What purity do you guarantee?
≥99% by HPLC on tested lots. Every shipment includes the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis showing actual measured purity and mass spec ID confirmation.
Are these products FDA approved?
No. These are research compounds sold under the Research Use Only framework. They are not drugs and have not been evaluated by the FDA for human use.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, ACH bank transfer for institutional accounts, and cryptocurrency for qualified buyers. PayPal is not supported.
What's your return policy?
Unopened vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund minus shipping; opened vials cannot be accepted back due to compound integrity. Damaged shipments are replaced free if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
